Happy Birthday to me…to be continued!๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‚

It’s been a great week. It began with cooking/baking. Two of my favorite hobbies, of course. The French Onion Cheesy Chicken bake was delicious! I included the recipe in a previous blog post: https://notwithoutgod.net/2022/01/25/french-onion-chicken-cheesy-bake%F0%9F%A7%85%F0%9F%A7%80%F0%9F%A7%85/amp/. I love how onions carmelize on their own due to the fact that they are naturally made of sugar! Yumm!

I also made it a point to wear a little make up each day. I am the typical “hair up in a clip or bun and go to work” type woman. So it was nice to take some photo shots and dress up!

Finally, I will add a picture of what I baked on my bday yesterday: it is a home made red velvet cake with strawberry short cake frosting (I added food coloring to give it the pretty pink tint!). Of course I bought tupperware to slice and distribute. I โค๏ธ to give away food!

My friend from out of state hosted a virtual birthday party for me yesterday, and I even got presents!๐ŸŽ It’s been a wonderful week! Today the celebration continues!๐ŸŽ‰

I'm a teacher, writer, and speaker. I got into publishing when I joined a Christian writers' group online where I met a few select authors who mentored me. My life changed. Through classes, webinars, and friendly emails, I've been encouraged to write. I started my blog to cope with my spinal injury in hopes of helping people.
