Matter vs. Antimatter and what it all means (how we got here)!

In the early twentieth century, we learned how particles like electrons behave when they travel close to the speed of light. Paul Dirac came up with an equation for this. He was surprised to find that his equation always had two solutions.

He recognized one solution described the electron and the other was a mystery. He later found that the other solution was described as anti-matter, or, an anti-electron. It had the same mass and spin as the electron but it had an opposite electric charge.

The first had a negative electric charge, the other had a positive electric charge. The other name for this anti-electron is the positron. The same thing is true for ALL particles. Quarks have anti-quarks, and there are anti-atoms, etc.

This was amazing because Dirac knew it would DOUBLE the known particles in the world! When matter and anti-matter come together, they annihilate. So there is a big question.

Why is there any matter left? We would expect equal amounts of matter and anti-matter to be created at the beginning or at the Big Bang, but if this were the case the universe wouldn’t exist. We would not be here.

The Laws of Physics do not have a preference for a plus sign over a minus sign, for example. There should be a sea of structureless radiation; however, that is not what happened. We are here. Physicists have been puzzled by this.

“Some have wondered if the anti-matter got separated from the matter and if the matter exists as anti-stars, anti-planets, and anti-galaxies,” says Brian Greene, world renowned physicist. Interesting thought.

Scientists have predicted that for every billion anti-protons there must have been a billion and one protons. That would leave just enough matter to have everything we see today!

The Book of Genesis teaches us:

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good, and God separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. -Genesis 1:1-5

The Book of Genesis and the Big Bang Theory correlate as far as timelines go. Did you know that 13.8 billion years ago there was a tiny microscopic point in space and it generated so much energy that it went bang? There was no noise, though, because there were no air molecules at the time. But LIGHT was created.

John Pennington

Then, 13.8 billion years later HUMANS are created. The first thing created was light and the last thing created is us, humans.

The sun was also created 9.2 billion years after the Big Bang. If you divide 9.2 into 13.8, you get 2/3. So, 2/3 of the way from the light, our sun was created. 2/3 = 4/6. Moses says in the Book of Genesis that light was created on the first day and he says the last thing created, on the “sixth day” were human beings. Genesis also states that on the fourth day God created the sun, and because 2/3=4/6 this makes perfect sense.

Moses uses “days” and the Big Bang Theory uses billions of years. However, they follow the same order. Thus, LIGHT was first created (as stated above in both calendars). Then came the sun 9.2 billion years later, and we, humans came last. We can guess that humans came into existence around a hundred thousand years ago, but that is just a rough estimate.

Not Without God series/New Year Special!

Today I want to talk about my books: Not Without God: A Story of Survival and my most recent, Not Without God: Hope In the Storm. They are both centered around a catastrophic accident I was in at sixteen years old. While trying to cross the street on my way to school, I was a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle. Chapter one of my book is called, “The Crash.” I write about a nurse named Mary Kay, a survival life flight nurse, who was on a helicopter ride with me to Mott Children’s Hospital at the University of Michigan.

She just kept gently rubbing my shoulder and saying, “Hold on, Zina, hold on. We’re taking you to U of M. They’ll take good care of you there.” I remember holding onto her voice and fighting for my life. I was in and out of consciousness, I couldn’t move, talk, or see. I just mumbled. I remember feeling a peace, though. The Bible talks about a peace that surpasses all understanding. I felt the Holy Spirit with me there. Mary Kay’s voice carried me through.

It’s interesting because before the accident I would ask God what life is all about. God, I know you are real, and I feel your presence. But I want to understand you and know you more. How does life work? Like many of us, life was dysfunctional at home. My surroundings had me confused. I wanted to know him and understand him better. The accident was a turning point. I experienced God’s genuine love through the doctors, nurses, Mary Kay, and others who were fighting for my life. I witnessed the love of Christ.

I would stay up each night upstairs on the 6th floor East, at the time, at Mott Children’s hospital. With a flashlight in one hand and a notepad in the other, I would write. God spoke to me through whispers in my heart. He told me I would recover and even walk again. I am not walking as well as I did before the accident, but I have completed thousands of hours of physical therapy and can now walk with forearm crutches or a walker. The progress I have made is huge. Some doctors predicted I would be paralyzed for life.

I also write about a man named Dennis. Someone I worked with at Strawberry Hills Fruit Market just before my accident. I worked there for a few months. Dennis was the kind of man that was always happy and always sang hymns to God. After my accident happened, Dennis would come to the hospital. He’d bring prayer booklets and talk to me about Jesus and having faith. My left arm had been stuck at a 90-degree angle from the crash. It was even impossible to eat with it. On one visit, Dennis got up and stood next to my bed – he held my arm gently but firmly and started to pray in what some Christians call “tongues.”

He started to slowly stretch my arm and it was very tight at first. But as he was stretching I began to feel the heat. My arm slowly stretched out. All the while he was looking up to the ceiling and praying and stretching it. Finally, my arm became completely straight. If God didn’t heal my arm through Dennis that day, I never would’ve walked again. I never would’ve been able to get up on parallel bars. That story is also in my book.

My latest book, which was just published in January of 2022 is also a narrative, like my first. But Hope In the Storm is more of a teaching book. I offer journaling sections at the end of various chapters where the reader can write and reflect. I ask questions like, “When was the last time God was there for you?” or “How much time do you spend on prayer or reading the Bible?” We are told in the Bible that the Word of God is sharper than a double-edged sword it can divide joint and marrow, soul, and spirit, the Bible provides life-giving medicine. When you soak the verses up, they can strengthen and even heal you inside.

I also write about how physics and religion merge in my book. You may have learned in school or at church when you were younger that everything will come to an end. Physics and the Bible both verify that one day everything will end. All structures will come down, there will be nothing standing, and all black holes will even disintegrate. We don’t know when this day will be, Brian Greene, a famous world-renowned physicist says it will be a long time from now but since nothing can truly be predicted, it can happen sooner.

However, there will be new beginnings or fluctuations. All that will be left are particles floating around in the void. These particles will at times get large, so then new particles will form. If you wait long enough, any rare thing can happen, says the famous philosopher, Sam Harris. These particles will form new beginnings. The number one rule of thermodynamics says that energy can never be destroyed, but it is transferrable.

In Revelations 21 John says, “For then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and earth were gone. There was no longer any sea. In Revelations 21:2 he states: “I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.”

John continues in 21:3-4, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Thus, science and the Bible merge. There will be new beginnings… Thank the Lord!

Some things you may want to know part 7

Did you know that one day every single black hole will disintegrate? The universe may continue to expand, forever, though. However, there will be a time when everything will end – and everything we know about, matter itself will all disintegrate; it is called the Big Freeze or Heat Death. The universe will get ever colder as it gets ever larger. All black holes will evaporate and give off a particle spray in the void; nothing will be left. There will be electrons and neutrinos that are floating around. The temperature will get very low.

Think of the Empire State Building in Manhattan where the ground floor is the 1st unit and the next unit is the 10th floor, the next floor is the 100th, etc. But if you go to about 10 to the hundred years into the future, that is when this could happen (a long time from now). Every black hole will have evaporated by that time. Now we are at about ten to the tenth floor, Brian Greene says – a world renowned physicist and NY Times best-selling author in his book, “Until the End of Time.”

The only thing that will be left are the most “refined” or stable elementary particles that will be around. They will be roaming around in the void and there will be fluctuations where these particles will AT TIMES BE LARGE, so then, new particles will FORM, if you wait long enough – rare things can happen – Brian continues. These particles will create new beginnings or fluctuations “on their way to eternity,” is how Brian Greene puts it.

I love the line that when you have an eternity every rare thing can happen. Space goes on infinitely far. There are no limits to the universe or edges. Space goes on forever. Thus, if space is eternal, we are eternal.

St. John has a vision in the Book of Revelation 21: In the vision, John saw the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down from Heaven to the new earth, for the old earth had been destroyed. While the new city was coming down, John heard a loud voice that said the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them.

Bible Gateway read in Revelations 21:1-3, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

You don’t have to be religious to have heard the Lord’s prayer before. In the Lord’s prayer, we say, Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven…” We are actually praying for heaven to come down to earth when we do this.

This is why I believe the universe is infinite and eternal. Brian proves it. In my opinion, there has been more than one ‘Big Bang,’ or ‘Big Event’ as I like to call it. I don’t call it a bang because there were no air molecules at the time. I believe that there are multiverses.

As a matter of fact, some physicists believe there is assimilation. Which means there could actually be copies of yourselves out there in other universes. However, don’t worry much about copies or you or other universes. This one is the only one you should be concerned about. Bottom line: “It is spectacular that collections of particles can come together to yield a human being,” the famous physicist says. I love that, again the miracle is that you’re here.

I am open minded so it wouldn’t surprise me if there were multiple or an infinite number of universes with multiple copies of ourselves out there. There is even an app: it is called the Universe Splitter. You should download it. You can ask it any question about your life, and it will tell you what will happen in one universe vs. another. Again, I take this with a grain of salt but have used the app before. When you click “split” the app sends a signal to a laboratory in Geneva, Switzerland. The photon gets hurtled toward a splitter and can either go left or right. It will tell you your future: if you will marry, if you will become rich, etc.

Again, I have used this for fun. I don’t dwell on these things too much. I am worried about the universe I am in now. But it is very interesting to me that physics and science agree with the Bible in some instances – the universe is eternal and infinite.

The Weirdness of Physics

Did you ever think of yourself as a particle? According to physics, you are a “particle,” actually, you are made up of MANY particles. More than you can probably imagine. EVERYTHING is made up of particles.

‘We are nothing more than a spec,’ says The Science Guy, Bill Nye. Quantum mechanics proves that it’s true because Quantum mechanics involves breaking ‘things’ down to their tiniest parts.

A particle is an “entity” that is not at a definite location. There is a “likelihood” that it is at one location or another, says Brian Greene – world-famous physicist. We are waves too, try to wrap your head around that. A particle is a wave. We learned that after the famous, ‘double slit experiment.’

For example, an electron (a particle), can pop up into any part of a ‘wave.’ Back to what I’ve talked about before, there is more than one choice or outcome that can happen. You, the particle, can show up in different parts of the wave.

What doesn’t happen in one universe, can happen in another, for example. In one universe, you may decide to become a nurse. In another universe, you may not. But you would never know because you cannot communicate with that other universe.

It’s called the theory of entanglement, and it makes up everything. Two particles (electrons) can be on different ends of the earth. One can be in Los Angeles and one can be in New York. But they will imitate each other and even behave the same way.

Before you get spooked out by this idea that there could be another ‘you’ in another world, keep in mind, physicists tell us to live as though we are only living in this one. I’m sure that is all you can do, because this is the only one you know about.

Actually, in an infinite universe, there can be copies of you out there being made right now. This supports the idea of string theory and that there may be multiple universes.

Give up the idea that there are definite predictions, says famous author and world physicist, Brian Greene, again. You picture yourself living in a Three-D world, you look up, and there is a ceiling, you look down, a floor, and around, walls or borders of some sort.

However, what you see is not all there is, as a matter of fact, physicists now believe we could be living on a 2D plane. It’s called the Holographic principle. Check it out, everything could be a hologram, including you! God just may be the greatest computer designer that has ever lived. We could be “code,” stored on a 2-D surface.

I write this article to remind you – there are no limits. When you have an eternity, not only is every rare thing possible, but if you wait long enough – every rare thing happens, said Sam Harris – philosopher and neuroscientist.

This is a great video where Brian Greene is interviewed and explains further!
This is a great discussion between Brian Greene and Sam Harris on this topic also!

Quantum Mechanics🌠✳️⚛️

Did you know that gravity is everything? It not only keeps your feet to the ground, but it keeps planets in their orbits in space. God made gravity. Not that God is gravity, but what God made–gravity, is incredible!!!

Quantum Mechanics gives us probabilities. These probabilities display that God gives us many chances, there are many routes we can take, we can even apply percentages to the likeliness of outcomes. This is all based on Quantum Mechanics. When a doctor gives you a prediction, for example, it’s based on science.

Quantum Engtanglement is a very interesting theory, when two objects interact (even if they widely separate, they have an influence on one another) regardless of the distance between them. One particle can be in Los Angeles and the other at the opposite end of the earth–but they will imitate one another, spin in the same manner, and even behave the same. Einstein used to call it spooky action at a distance!

Newton’s approach to gravity was a little different, says Brian Greene, world famous physicist. It wasn’t wrong but just older. We have now learned through Quantum mechanics that there are many possibilities. NOTHING is predictable. Even when we think we can predict something, we can be wrong. It happens EVERY DAY.

There are numerous possibilities, and in an eternal universe, such as the one we’re in, not only can ANYTHING happen but EVERY rare thing WILL happen!

A particle can be a wave, and a wave can be a particle. Technically, we are considered ‘particles.’ So we can be “a wave,” as a matter of fact, the entire universe is a wave. EVERYTHING is ENTANGLED.

There is even something called QUANTUM SUPERPOSITION! Not only are we all “entangled,” having a “duplicate,” so to speak. But if you have a physical system that exists in two configurations, IT CAN ALSO EXIST IN QUANTUM SUPER POSITIONS OF THAT CONFIGURATION.

If you have a coin that could be heads or tails, for example. In Quantum Mechanics it can also be in ALL the other positions, PART HEADS, PART TAILS, for example, so, not only is the coin “entangled,” meaning, there are TWO of them, but you can have doubles OF ALL KINDS OF COMBINATIONS. Partly heads, partly tails, etc. BUT WHATEVER YOU FIND FOR THE FIRST ONE YOU WILL ALSO FIND FOR THE SECOND ONE!!!

How do you apply this to your view of God? How does this apply to the Bible? I mean, if everything is entangled, BASICALLY, EVERYTHING that can be known is known! Because GOD is All knowing, he is omni present and can be everywhere at once. There is nothing God does not know, and he is aware of eceryboption that is available. The future is open.

As far as entanglement, the Bible reads, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me (Gal. 2:20).” WE ARE ENTANGLED WITH CHRIST.

What is time?

God has a way of doing things on his timing, and his timing is better than our own. We don’t trust in God’s timing enough. We often think that our ‘time’ should be his ‘time.’ However, what is time anyway? According to the world’s greatest physicists, the past, present, and future are equally as real, and in space-time, they are happening at once! We don’t have time, we have entropy. We feel like we’re moving through time or flowing through it. However, time is not what we think it is. From a physics perspective, again, the idea that time passes or that we’re moving through time disappears…

Think of the arrow of time in this way. It is not built into the fundamental nature of reality, says famous physicist, Sean Carroll. We live in the aftermath of the Big Bang…or Big Event, as I like to call it. It happened 13.8 billion years ago. Everything you see, hear, feel, taste, and touch is called matter and is a result of it. Our very own bodies are made up of the same elements contained in stardust. The future has already happened, you just don’t know it.

God will make what we want to happen on his radar. As his children, we want to have control and be the captain of our ships. But there is a cosmic order, and we have to work within the Laws of Physics. People tend to think that they can make anything they want happen. Culture teaches if you only believe enough, religion teaches if you only have enough faith, you can have whatever your heart desires. It’s not true. Some things you want never happen to you. BUT MANY things do!

“In an eternal universe, such as the one we’re in, every rare thing can happen if you wait long enough,” says the famous philosopher, Sam Harris. But we have to be patient. Miracles happen but not in the way you imagined and sometimes it’s in a way you least expect.✨

What We are Is Eternal (consciousness)🌟

Have you ever thought about what brings about ‘consciousness?’ I mean, what is the difference between you and a baseball bat? After all, you are both just a collection of particles. Of course the bat cannot think or behave like you! The bat could never be as conscious or aware as you are. Brian Greene, world famous physicist says, ‘we are an exquisite collection of particles.’ We have a high level of information integration going on ‘in our heads,’ Brian continues. He also does not believe in the idea of free will. He says we are governed by physical law and laws of the universe; however, as humans we have a variety of ways that we can ’respond’ to the world and outside environment. So then could we say that we are ’responsible’ for anything? Yes. If you played an integral part in a course of events, than you are also an integral part of the consequences that happen.’ It’s algorithmic. So, then, should we still be responsible for our actions and punished for our transgressions, so to speak? Brian says, yes. If our punishment would benefit society as a whole and stop us from doing it again. I’m going to add the link to this video, but first I will tell you how I see it: our God is a personal one. He was punished for our transgressions when he died on the cross. He was raised again by the Laws of Physics (our Holy Father created all of it!). I believe what Brian says, that so much is ruled by the Laws of the Universe, and of course, God made us to be more exquisite than a baseball bat. He loves us unconditionally—even when we mess up. And he is always waiting for us with open arms. We are here ‘from moment to moment,’ but what we are experiencing is eternal. There is no end.✨☦️⚛️

Sean Carroll interviews Brian Greene on his Mindscape’s podcast!⚛️💫🌌

This is a very good podcast by Sean Carroll. It’s part of his Mindscape podcast #31 where he interviews the famous physicist, Brian Greene. Actually, they are two of the greatest physicists in the world, and the interview takes place right at Colombia University. It answers many questions about String Theory, multiverses, the fact that the universe is still expanding, entropy, and what it all means. The universe has not only been expanding since the Big ‘event,’ as I like to call it, 13.8 billion years ago, but the expansion is also speeding up! What does this mean for our universe? When will entropy have its way? Will there be a ‘rebirth’ once the sun burns out our planet (approximately 5,000,000,000 years from now?) Is it possible that the universe lasts a trillion more years? These are all questions addressed here in this podcast, some of which I’ve discussed before–take a listen I think you’ll enjoy it!✨🌌💫✳️☄️

Brian Greene, Part 2

Brian Greene explains us as exquisite particles that only last as long as “the blink of an eye.” He was recently on Lex Fridman’s podcast. Lex hosts such great physicists, authors, inventors, etc. I was waiting for Brian to come on and couldn’t wait to watch it once I discovered that Lex finally interviewed him!

Brian continues “We are just a momentary byproduct of the Laws of Physics. Every individual has the ability to set their own meaning and make their own purpose.” It’s a beautiful thing. “It could be that the universe is such that under fairly typical conditions that a star (sun) together with a planet being bathed with a low entropy, and other conditions can make (us) life naturally form.

We are creatures who recognize a kind of self reflective conscious awareness. Let’s take the earth, and there was a singular event 65,000,000 plus years ago where a rock hit the earth and destroyed dinosaurs. If that hadn’t happened, maybe they would still rule the planet. Brian imagines there is A LOT of life out there, but they don’t all try to make sense of it as WE DO. They just go about living and surviving. We are different, though.

How are you sure that others who you look at are fully conscious beings? Your existence exists in your mind. You are a brain in a vat. We all are. Your observation that others are existing is just that: an observation. It just “seems” like they are. Human consciousness, in my opinion, is a gift from God. God tells us that we are formed in his likeness and image, and I personally don’t think “consciousness” ends when we leave this earth.

Who knows? Heaven may simply be another universe. I have learned through my studies of physics that there are many. Brian continues and questions how a particle can come to consciousness. Technically, we are particles according to physics. My answer, again, is God. God can do anything. He can develop the universe. He can make dinosaurs. He can create string theory. He can make multiverses and cosmic bubble baths. He can make entanglement (after all, we are “entangled” with him).

He can make the moon, the stars, the galaxies (star systems). He can do anything. Brian thinks that a long time from now, we will smile at those in the 20th or 21st century who thought consciousness was so mysterious. It’s just a “thing” that happens when particles form together. When you develop systems (robots, AI), they also become “conscious.” It is the ability to experience the world and animals do not experience it in the same way.

The Big Bang or Big “event” as I like to call it was a tiny nugget of space time that yields everything we see today. What happened a millionth of a second after that Big Bang? It’s not really that controversial, Brian says. It is early universe cosmology.

Brian Greene on Lex Fridman’s podcast, Part 1☄️

‘Life is really what you make of it,’ says Brian Greene, world renownedphysicist and New York Times bestselling author. Brian says we’re all in a position of only being aware of our own conscience being though we can only judge that others are conscience by their behavior. There is something special about us. Fish and dogs aren’t able to come up with the ideas that we are. How can it be that a particle can create consciousness? Brian says.

In my opinion, it’s God. I believe in a supreme intelligence—Holy Father (God). His size spans the entire earth and he is too big to make out visually. I’m not sure how big he is, but he’s huge! His son, Jesus, is a reflection of his love.❤️‍🩹 All loving and kind. God is full of power amd light.✨ He’s the creator of the heavens and earth! Brian Greene says that he doesn’t believe there is no God. He has said he just doesn’t know.

By the way, he keeps the largest Christmas trees in his home at Christmastime!🎄 That’s another detail he’s shared. His views are accurate. We are beings just passing through; the whole universe will be destroyed due to entropy at some point. We don’t know when that will be (probably much further down the road). But in the meantime we are to make the best of life, enjoy it, and be kind to all of humankind.❤️‍🔥🙏⚛️✨🌤

God Is One of Order✨⚛️🙏

It’s true. He is the reason for my existence and the reason why I move. ‘Without God I am nothing’ does not mean I don’t recognize my individuality it just means that I acknowledge the fact that he has made me! The greatest philosophers debate about where consciousness comes from and verify that our thoughts come from ‘somewhere!’ Although it seems like we choose our thoughts and actions that is not necessarily the case. What I mean is, we have a cortex (the outer surface of the brain) that is constantly trying to appease our body (limbic system). It sends messages to our body through neurons all day. It takes outside information from the environment and processes it. Our behaviors, actions, and thoughts seem to be our own, but if you think about it experiences ‘just appear,’ according to Sam Harris, an American philosopher and neuroscientist. You see everything is in cosmic✨ order. The greatest physicists in the world, such as Brian Greene, have even debated about whether or not we really have free will. Brian says there is an order of things. We are ‘actors’ in this universe🪐 in alignment with that divine order. However, to say we don’t have choices would not be fair. Science has also discovered that an electron or ‘particle’ can appear in different parts of a wave🌊 while doing the ‘double split experiment.’ This has taught us that the fact that the electron can come up in different parts of the wave means we also have ‘different routes’ we can take! in physics, we are technically a ’particle.’ God has a plan for everything though. Even for when we mess up. Whether we are moving here through complete divine order or a combination of our choices and intuition, God is in the drivers seat no matter what. Frankly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🔮⚛️✝️💖✨🪐🙏

With God All Things Are Possible♥️

It’s true. In an eternal universe such as the one we’re in not only is anything possible, but if you wait long enough ‘it’s probable,’ said the world-renowned physicist and NY Times best-selling author, Brain Greene. You see not only can ANYTHING happen. If you wait long enough your dreams can come true (if they already haven’t). What this means is ALL those things you thought will never happen can come to fruition before your eyes👀. It’ll even leave you thinking, ‘How did this happen?’ Stay motivated. Work hard. Never give up. Anything (allowed within the Laws of Physics) can happen to you! You would be surprised by just how much God wants to happen in your life! He is ALL giving, ALL knowing, and loves each of us as if we’re the only ones!❤️

Some things you may want to know, Part 5!

In the next one hundred years things will change. Jobs of the future will change. Five hundred years from now there may even be time travel. Teleportation! We NOW can see actual thoughts as they are generated inside the living brain through an MRI, and it is a wonderful advancement.

We can even “upload” memories. Next, it will be in Alzheimer’s patients. There will be a brain “memory” chip. A patient will push the chip and remember their address, where they are, the names of relatives, etc. One day, we may even have something like “The Matrix.” Have you ever felt like life may be an illusion? I know I have. According to Michio Kaku, world famous physicist, this is perfectly normal.

The great physicists have questioned that life is an illusion before, or that time is an illusion for that matter. It is because there is no difference between past, present, and future in space time. The future has already happened. We just don’t know it. Why do you think there is a competition by the world’s richest billionaires to go to space? They dream and hope for us to even “colonize” there. Michio, again, says that idea is not far fetched. We will be long gone by the time it happens, though.

For example, weddings may even happen on the moon. Can you imagine? It is a three day trip. Elon Musk is now creating his own moon rockets through his billion dollar enterprise, SpaceX. Elon is one of the richest men in the world! If not THE richest. Jeff Bezos, through his Blue Origin company, just made a trip to space recently! He is the founder of Amazon and former CEO.

You may ask why? Why bother to leave the earth anyway? We are defenseless against meteor impacts. We are defenseless at times due to mother nature. Take a look at the recent hurricanes. Lives lost in New York, flooding, etc. You see, Michio says, the dinosaurs did not have a space program 65,000,000 plus years ago when they became extinct. That is why they are not here today. Lol

75,000 years ago there was a cataclysmic event called the ‘Toba volcano’ event that lasted ten long years! Humans almost became extinct. We’ve been around a long time. It’s why we’re developing outer space programs, again, says Michio.:-)

Apparently, there are three types of alien life that potentially exist (I believe they do); they are different types of “life” who occupy planets or get their energy from stars. I believe we are a ‘young planet,’ again, and physics has confirmed it. If we weren’t, we’d be a Type 1. We would modify the weather: hurricanes, and earthquakes. What’s happening now–the flooding wouldn’t be a problem.

While watching this special I am referring to with Michio Kaku, I also learned: Type 2 would be stellar or use/work around the power of the stars like in Star Trek. Type three would be Galactic. They would be a Star Wars type and travel from planet to planet. Again, I think they’re out there. As a matter of fact, I know they are because I’ve had a dream/vision. Well, I should call it a “visit.” I’ve had a visit. I won’t get into it too much, but I will write about it in a later post. I have already written on it a few times.

Many Christians believe we are living in the “end times.” In my opinion, they often misinterpret the Book of Revelations, especially with their whole “Rapture” idea. One person will be taken; one person will be left. It sounds bizarre in my opinion. I am a Christian, but I tend to be more progressive in my thinking. As one of my favorite authors/pastors put it: “We pray for heaven to come down on EARTH.” We won’t be taken up in the “sky.” It will happen here. That is why we have to take care of our planet and animal kingdom.

We are lacking in this area. I am going to attach the video of Greg Boyd, he’s a New York Times Best selling author, here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoWHzuYF798

I hope you enjoy it! It explains why the Rapture is a bad idea and how to accurately interpret some of those confusing passage in scripture.

Lastly, I want to add that one of my favorite physicists, Briane Greene, says the world won’t end for a long time. There have always been hurricanes and wars. There have even been PANDEMICS; even though it’s been a while. But it doesn’t mean it is the end. Brian has said that the universe will probably be destroyed once entropy has it’s way. The universe may keep expanding and the expansion may be too much, or the sun may even swallow the earth up in five billion years or so.

Brian admits it can happen sooner. God can do anything. We don’t know when the world will end. We can just do our best to enjoy every day and take life as it comes. We can try to overcome pain and do our best to be happy!

Is there other ‘life’ out there? (Part 2)

You may recall this oblong rocklike object found flying in space by astronauts looking through NASA’s telescope. When people studied the trajectory of this object (it was not a comet or an asteroid!), it was the size of a football field and flew past the sun. Some astronauts believe it could’ve been sent to us from alien life, so we know they exist. It definitely came from another galaxy. When people studied it, they found that it was not a comet or an asteroid through evidence. This is not your “grandfather’s comet.” So scientists asked themselves, what if this object IS from another planet. They realized if you had a type of EXO planet, and if a piece of it got knocked off, it would appear like this rocklike object. It doesn’t seem to be some form of extraterrestrial life. I’ve had a vision before. I had a dream that two UFOs visited me, and they looked nothing like this. They were glowing, peaceful, and looked like spaceships. They did not look like a rocklike feature, but they looked very beautiful. I can’t quite explain them or find a photo that is fitting enough. But they came to visit me in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. I believe people were in there, or aliens, I should say. And when I ‘woke up,’ it did not feel like a dream at all. As a matter of fact, I remember feeling myself getting up out of bed to look out the window. In my opinion, if there is extraterrestrial life out there–and I believe there may be, especially due to this experience, I think they are more like us than we realize. I say that because all of the universe(s) follow the same laws of physics, so I imagine that the ‘beings’ on another (potential) planet where this life would be are more like us than we know. However, they would be way more advanced. Brian Greene, world famous author and physicist, has confirmed that if there is other life out there, they are at least 2-3 billion years ahead! We are a new planet. A new earth. Physics even tells us, in an eternal universe, anything can happen. This universe is eternal. And the more scientists learn that this universe could very well be infinite, almost with certainty, the greater the chances that we are not the only ones here. We are not the only ones in the universe(s), in my opinion. It’s the magic of math. The greater the universe expands (we know it is increasingly getting larger), the more galaxies there are (100-200 billion) that we have noted so far. The greater the chance there is “other life” out there. I believe my dream was more of a vision because I felt it was so real when I woke up. I think I was visited. They are out there. They are harmless. They know God as Holy Father, and even Jesus. They don’t necessarily follow our values or have our cultural taboos, but they are peaceful and kind.

Don’t wait until tomorrow, do it today!

The sun is the most beautiful commodity in the world, but we are told that 5 billion years from now, the sun may swallow up the earth. The sun may expand, and its heat may be more than we can take. Dinosaurs became extinct more than 65,000,000 years ago due to an asteroid, but asteroids may not be our problem. Entropy itself will win one day, and everything will come to an end. I mean, everything. I’m not telling you this to discourage you but to make you realize that life is finite. Nothing lasts forever. All buildings, structures, planets, black holes, and even protons will be destroyed. We are told by Brian Greene, best-selling author, professor, and physicist that this will happen at about ten to the sixty-eighth. Imagine that right now are at ten to the tenth, so it won’t be for a long time from now. But it actually can happen sooner, he says. We don’t know when. The universe is expanding, and one day that expansion may be too much. My point in telling you this is to remind you that we are here temporarily. What we do now makes a difference because if it’s not happening now, it may never happen. That’s why I want to encourage you to take that step, whatever it is, for the better to make that dream happen. Whether it’s starting a business or traveling. There is always something we aspire to do. Each of us have at least one thing we want to accomplish. Work on it now. And watch it come to fruition. All we have is today. Why wait until tomorrow?

Some things you may want to know, Part 2🪐

The most obvious thing about the world is if you drop something, it falls. That is the force of gravity in action. God doesn’t keep secrets. This Law of Gravity is what drove Isaac Newton to discover how the universe works. But the question is if you drop something, will it ALWAYS fall back down? Not necessarily. If the force is strong enough, the object could escape the earth’s gravity and go out into space. It’s called escape velocity. But let’s change our focus for a moment here. What is a black hole? It’s the opposite. A black hole is a region of spacetime where gravity is so strong that nothing—no particles or even electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from it. It’s a star that has exploded (a big one). However, black holes will one day dissipate. Along with everything else. Everything you see will be destroyed. Every structure. Every building. Every proton. Even us! This world will not last forever. However, there will be a rebirth–at that time–particles will form in the ‘void.’ And since all we are is “particles” according to physics, that means everything that you see now will be destroyed. Don’t fret too much about it though. Brian Greene, world-famous physicist and author of “Until the End of Time,” says it won’t happen until ten to the sixty-eighth. Now, it has been almost 13.8 billion years since the Big Bang, or “Big event,” that happened that began everything–but everything will disappear at ten to the sixty-eighth years. Imagine that right now; we are at ten to the tenth. There is a chance into this far future that the earth can be sucked into a black hole. Most things in the cosmos will get sucked into black holes. The earth may be swallowed up by the sun in about 5 billion years, though, even sooner than that. The sun will eat up Mercury and Venus and maybe the earth also, we don’t know.

Here is the video I watched that I based this post off of. This was a course that Brian Green taught for the same company I teach for:

Happy 4th of July!🇺🇸❤️🤍

Happy 4th of July, friends!☄️My inspiration is my dad! He’s led me to physics. Now he rests with Holy Father and Our Lord Jesus near the star, Kolob, the closest to God’s throne room. It also keeps our earth in place. It’s at the center of our home, the Milky Way!🌌 God doesn’t make mistakes! For this fourth of July special, I wanted to share about my beloved dad, Yacoub❤️. He loved and fought for this country too! He knew so much about God and believed in science. Thanks to all of you who have been reading my posts about physics for the last year and a half.🙏 I have grown in my studies and am learning more each day. It doesn’t matter how long you study this impressive field. You could never know enough! Today I found out that the world-renowned and famous physicist, Brian Greene, teaches courses for the same company I work for, Varsity Tutors! I’ve been following him for a while. I knew Varsity Tutors hired teachers that were celebrities. But I am still honored! Well, I’ll keep this one short and sweet.🎊 I hope you’re all having a wonderful 4th of July!🇺🇸 God bless this wonderful and young land!💙

Black holes and the slowing of time!

Ever wonder why time slows down near the edge of black hole? It’s because gravity doesn’t just pull down on matter and energy. It pulls down on time itself. Gravity is the warping of time. It’s why clocks will click off at different times according to where they are located. It’s why we have different time zones: EST vs. Pacific, for example. But as you get closer to the edge of a black hole, your clock gets slower and slower until it eventually stops! So, time stops because it is eternal (if you were caught near a black hole or even sucked inside!).

What is entanglement? Let’s take a look at this theory for a minute. It is when two widely separated particles act as if they are just next to one another. Separating them would make you think they are independent; however, they are not independent. There is communication. The particles behave the same way and even act the same. One particle could be in Los Angeles, and one could be in New York City. It doesn’t matter. They are influencing each other. They are entangled. There is something called ‘particle spin.’ Particles like to spin around.

But what is weird about entanglement is that you can have two particles (both spinning in opposite directions) and be widely separated. Still, when you measure each particle, they are spinning simultaneously! They are influencing one another. This phenomenon has left the world’s greatest physicists baffled for years. Einstein even called it ‘spooky action at a distance.’ They can even be on opposite sides of the universe or in the same room! One will spin up, and one will spin down at the same time!

Why is it relevant? Well, God says we are entangled with him in various places in the bible. When one died, ‘all died,’ for example. And the same with scripture that tells us, ‘we have been raised with Christ,’ before we were even alive. Also, we are made in his image and likeness. We are ‘duplicates.’ We are ‘paired’ whether or not we realize it. It happens everywhere. There is this entanglement all across the universe. Everything in the universe is duplicated.

However, let’s imagine that there is a chance the one can fall into a black hole. Ironically, if one of the entangled particles falls into the black hole, the other will not. So, why does only one of them fall into the hole? Why does the ‘thread’ snap? Because when one of them falls into the hole, time stops. Thus, there is no reason for a ‘duplicate’ any longer. The one in the black hole is eternal. You are no longer entangled. You are one with God! Some of these notes are based on Brian Greene’s ‘World Science Festival’s live lecture’ and Q and A online.

Some things you may want to know🪐

Do you want to know how there is proof that a Big Bang or ‘Big event’ started everything? It’s called microwave background radiology. Look it up. The early universe did not look the way it does now. The Milky Way got its name because it looked like “spilled milk.” The sun is at the center, not the earth, as some thought. Our planet revolves around the sun. The moon revolves around the earth. At first, the galaxies were just starting to take their form for the first billion years. Now, we have a hundred billion of them that we know of so far! If the earth’s oceans were any closer to the sun, they would evaporate and melt. God’s work is perfect. He doesn’t make mistakes.

Sadly, the dinosaurs became extinct due to an asteroid over 65 million years ago. It has been documented that we may have gotten here within the last 5 million years. I’ve read we are just a few hundred thousand years old, but I believe we’re older than that. Some believe the universe may have always been there. I think it was, but God caused the “swelling” of the universe; He created it. And the expansion is happening up until now! Every one of our bodies is traceable to the Big Bang. We are basically, stardust. We are made from the same elements that stars are.

Newton’s Laws of Physics helped us figure out that things are “on Earth as they are in heaven” when he figured out the laws of motion. The force of gravity pulling apples from their orchards also directs the moon in its gravity around the earth. This Law of Physics is universal and contained throughout all the entire universe(s). Gravity is everything.

If there is “life” outside of this planet, they are abiding by the same laws of physics that we are; however, the aliens would not speak English or have the exact social expectations that we would. We could imagine them as having two hands. But we don’t know that they would have two hands for sure. A handshake may not necessarily mean a greeting to them, either. We would have to communicate with them through science and nothing more.

The speed of light is faster than anything in the universe. Nothing has ever gone as fast as the speed of light. We thought we would not do many things: like go to the moon or travel to Mars, for example. We have done more than we imagined, and there is still a lot more. I believe that God oversees all of the universe(s) and his magnificent creation! The more proof we find (through math and testing) that there could be multiverses, the more of a chance that other life could exist out there.

I never thought I would say this, but I believe they do. I think they know God too, even Jesus. They are harmless. Professor Brian Greene, the famous physicist and New York Times best-selling author, says, “If there is other life out there, they are at least 2-3 billion years ahead of us. We are a new planet.”

So imagine how much more advanced than us they are? He believes they exist. I do too. I had a dream as a teenager. Well, it was more like a vision that felt so real after I came out of it, I didn’t feel like I was sleeping at all. Anyway, I had a dream I was visited by two beautiful spaceships. They came in front of my bedroom window deep into the middle of the night. They were glowing, peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful. I will talk more about it more in a later post. Some of these notes are based off of ‘Astrophysics for People in a Hurry.’ It is Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson’s book.

God’s love is BIG enough to love only us!

The multi-verse theory is more than you can imagine. Picture a trillion trillion+ other universes. If there is a vast multiverse with all sorts of things going on, the likelihood of ‘other life’ out there becomes higher, says Sean Carroll, world-renowned physicist, and mathematician. I think they’re out there, and they know God. I mean God, the Holy Father, and Jesus.

Famous physicist Brian Greene says, “If there is alien life out there, they are at least 2-3 billion years ahead of us!” So, why would they care about little old us? Well, if other life does exist, it may be so far away and so much more advanced to even care about us or what we’re doing here.

The probability that the multiverse theory is true is based on data. If there are many different ‘regions of space,’ life can exist in these sub-places. What is the probability that this is true? It’s high. It’s based on math. Mathematical principles tend to drive physics.

String theory says that the Laws of Physics can be different from place to place. But we don’t know if that is true for sure. However, the multiverse is very sensible to consider. Because God exists, life exists. Without God, there would be no life on earth or potentially anywhere for that matter.

Atheists don’t see a God who can be a caring or loving being that has a place set up for us, the afterlife. Few scientists especially cannot accept this. I’ve heard that if there was a God, why would he hide himself? But God is not hiding. He is all around.

We can see him in nature. We can see him in each other. We can adhere to his voice. We can say our prayers. We can find his inspiration from reading the Bible. He talks to us through our intuition. If it is good, pure, right, and whole; it is from the Lord. When God is involved, there is no doubt or shadow of turning.

I’ve heard the argument that if there were a God, entropy still would be the same way it was (low) as in the ‘early universe.’ What people don’t understand, though, is that God is perfect. He doesn’t have to make sense.

I’ve watched a demonstration of a Hubble space telescope in Sean Carroll’s talk that discusses all the galaxies with each having a hundred billion stars, and he says that none of them are necessary for us to exist on earth. So, why are they there?

Sean tends to think that we can’t argue that God would put them there for us to exist. Because they can be there with or without us, that is true. We are very tiny compared to a vast universe, now we suspect, universes. So, why would God make us? He doesn’t need to make ALL that to make us.

Why wouldn’t God only make our home the Milky Way? God’s love for us in a multiverse with a trillion trillion-plus universes is BIG enough to love just ‘us.’

His love is BIG enough to choose us. It may be big enough to love ‘others,’ perhaps, out there. Regardless, God’s love is BIG enough to not only love just ‘us.’ It is big enough for God to love ONLY you, all by yourself!

Chapter 10 from my book, “Not Without God: Hope In the Storm.”

Some Tips on How I Overcome

We sometimes go through hardship; I’d like to offer you some advice in this chapter if you areI can now use an elliptical at the gym, and I don’t even recall envisioning this. I mean, I never dreamt I would be able to run on an elliptical. I imagined I was walking on a walker at sixteen after my accident and suffering paralysis, but using an elliptical and going three to four miles on it is a huge success.

My point is, God will take you even further than what you’ve dreamt. He has the capability. It’s is a far stretch from where I was while in the hospital! I imagined myself walking even when I couldn’t sit up for more than a minute. And now, all these years later, running on an elliptical? God has given me abundance. I would picture myself getting better. Although I am not functional with one cane, I still believe I can get there. With God, nothing is impossible.

Having faith has so much to do with what we envision. We don’t always realize that; sometimes, we think that having faith comes only through what we hear or learn. But faith comes through what we envision; imagination is a powerful tool, and what we dream becomes manifest.

But not listening to doctors and science is detrimental. You see, what you hear is essential. What you hear has a way of affecting you either negatively or positively. Faith does cometh by heareth. We must have faith in science; I’ve talked about science in this book.

I’ve been able to accomplish walking because I envisioned it twenty-five years ago (I had faith). I expected it. Our imagination is from God. I’ve heard from a famous pastor that imagining him is the closest we will ever get to seeing him while we’re here, and seeing God can be real if we stop rejecting our imagination.

We reject it every day because society teaches us that if we use it, we are silly. Sometimes images just come to me while praying. I see specs of light often, even rays of light I have seen many times. Things sometimes move on their own. I always saw this as God’s way of telling me his angels are near and protecting me. I have heard God’s voice from deep within instructing me and even scream and tell me what to do in life-saving moments.

I have studied physics for a year and a half now, and all of the theories I’ve learned further prove God and his excellent existence! The fact is that the greatest physicists now say we are moving here through our imagination. We are made up of billions and billions of atoms that can never die. All of this is true.

The Theory of entanglement holds across the universe. These are Biblical principles taught to us through physics, but you would never know it without studying the universe. The Bible teaches us we are ‘entangled with Christ,’ so there is this entanglement. Every human being has already ‘died’ because when One died, all died,’ the Bible tells us.

‘That we no longer live for ourselves but live for the one who died and rose again for us.’ Modern physicists are now teaching that everything is happening at the same time. Actually, ‘time’ is the only thing stopping everything from happening all at once; however, the past, present, and future are equally real. In space-time, there is no distinction.

Everyone should search and find. Scientists are now suggesting that there may be multiverses because of the Theory of entanglement. ‘When one electron is in any given space, there is a complete duplicate that will even move and act the same way in a different place. The two particles can be on opposite sides of the universe, but they will behave the same way.

I can also accept all of it because I know how amazing God is. It doesn’t challenge my faith. It strengthens it! The Theory of relativity teaches us the importance of light. There is light in everything. God created it. The first thing he created was light. Light makes up the entire universe. Our bodies are composed of billions of atoms, again, that absorb and emit light.

According to Einstein’s Theory, light’s speed is the only thing in the universe that is constant. I listen to some great physicists such as Dr. Briane Greene, Leonard Susskind, and Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson. People who only listen to what their church teaches, who are afraid to ‘leave the pew,’ so to speak, and study science are missing out.

God has put all the puzzle pieces together for us. Because God is perfect, and so is his design. God cannot be anything but perfect, so all the answers have been revealed, and science is discovering more. Physicists are just adding to what they already know, and with every mind-blowing discovery, God’s magnificence is revealed!

***

I never stop giving thanks. When you have a grateful heart and thank God for everything, you receive blessings because a thankful heart will provide you with a graceful attitude. I know it can be challenging to feel that way all the time. But try to think of all that God has done for you! I’m sure you are unique, as we all are. By reflecting on the abundance, you will have a better disposition. Sometimes you look around and can’t see past all the blessings, which is a cheerful heart!

Never give up. You have to work at accomplishing goals continuously. If you give up, you will never know what could’ve been if you would’ve only kept ongoing. There will be people who tell you differently or that you cannot do something. If you believe them, you won’t! You have to work hard and realize that it can take years for your dreams to occur. You will never regret all the work you have put in.

I know I haven’t. It will be worth it! The worst that can happen, you can try but fail, and you will more than likely not fail. I have had to accept that I may never walk the way I did before the accident, meaning hands-free, but I have accepted it. It doesn’t mean I don’t strive to get better. I have learned NEVER to say NEVER.

Have you ever thought about being a writer, for example? Did you know that 80 percent of Americans believe they should write a book? Most of them will never do it. People get intimidated by the work. They don’t know how to find a publisher or even self-publish. They never try or give up.

These days, writers can self-publish with tools online, and there are ways to get your book printed on-demand, or you can go the route of Indie publishing like I have.

I traveled a lot on business trips, I’ve been to New York twice, and even met celebrities like Ice-T, his wife, Coco, Martha Stewart, Jerry, from Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, and more!

But whether you publish independently, with a hybrid company, or with a traditional publisher–you are still responsible for marketing. Be aware. Authors are not only writers, but they are also marketers, “experts,” salespeople, speakers, and we wear many hats!

I would not suggest for anyone to publish prematurely. Millions of people write books each year, but the majority of them are not any good. You don’t have to be born with the talent, but you do have to practice!

You can’t just wave a magic wand and become an excellent writer. I have been working on my craft for years. Outstanding writers often ghostwrite. I hope to one day do that also. That is where you write books for others. Again, to do something like that, you have to be a fabulous writer.

You can start by writing for fifteen minutes a day. You can then re-read what you wrote to reflect and recognize errors in your writing like punctuation, spelling, and grammar. You can add more or rewrite to help change any negative attitudes if you practice journaling.

You can’t heal from what you don’t acknowledge, and writing can be therapeutic. I’ve practiced this technique since I was a teenager. Write somewhere where you can focus and edit. If you can’t find the time to write every day, write for a total of one to two hours per week if you can.

Three hours or more of writing per week would be an ideal schedule, though, if you’d like to be a writer.

Find a Writer’s Community. What would you want to write? Who will be in your audience? Create a blog. You can start a free blog at WordPress.com. I use that platform. I recommend you search for video tutorials on how to use it, again, not something you will quickly pick up by ‘waving your magic wand.’

You can start a blog at WordPress.org, but you would have to purchase hosting. I’ve bought a domain at Godaddy.com (I am not an affiliate of any of these companies). But my domain is just at zinahermez.com and points to my blog (My blog acts as my complete website.). It is also listed under notwithoutgod.net

Connect with other writers: join a writers’ group, attend a writers’ conference (I have been to several out-of-state and had a great time!). Share your writing with your friends or family and ask for honest feedback, but ask them not to be too harsh. Compliments with constructive criticism are healthy.

Find an accountability partner (That was a new piece of advice I heard at a conference!). I liked it—someone to keep you responsible. I don’t need that at this point.

I have been writing for nearly ten years, actively meaning for the publishing world. I write for several hours per day. Reading others’ writing can help, and it is a great way to write better. The best writers are the best readers, and writing can help you be a better speaker–I have told many people. Read a lot of material, research, books, online magazines, and fact-checked and reliable resources!

Relax, and enjoy it (if you have no interest in writing, disregard)! I’ve taken the fun out of writing by focusing on trying to make it “perfect.” Trying to type the right words word-for-word can be stressful. I used to do that a lot in the beginning. These high expectations can take the enjoyment out of it! Writing has to be fulfilling.

I was listening to a live webinar in my Writers Guild (a membership group I used to be in), and I heard a man say he feels “parched” while he writes. He was asking our writing coach how to solve this problem. He shouldn’t feel parched; he should feel inspired. You cannot inspire someone else until you inspire yourself first. But this develops over time.

Finding your “voice” can take a while, but writing can become easier and more comfortable once you find it. You won’t regret all the work you’ve put in!

***

You also cannot be weak. Keep your body moving! And get up and exercise so you can stay healthy. That is what I do daily. They say that for athletes, 10,000 steps per day is ideal. Since I am someone with a spinal cord injury, I know that is not required of me, so I try my best to fulfill a few thousand steps (or mile) per day.

There is a body and mind connection. You will ‘see’ the impossible happen while you’re exercising! Train your body. There are so many possibilities. But it is hard to see them when you’re sitting on the couch. Start now, lift weights, and start with bicep curls.

Don’t be stagnant.

My daily regimen consists of exercising and writing, for the most part. Writing can take some energy, too. As I mentioned before, I listen to the Bible through audio (I try to listen every night, but I tend to listen sporadically throughout the week or during different times of the day). I listen to the Psalms (usually the dramatized version through a Bible app).

My favorite Psalms now are 69, 71, 74, and 77. One of my favorite books is The Book of Acts. It’s powerful.

Below are some remedies for overcoming—the ones I mentioned at the beginning of this chapter. When I speak publicly, I often talk about these topics.

•Talk to God throughout the day. Make Him your closest friend. He is the most outstanding listener. He will never interrupt. I know I can always count on Him. He will never stop listening to you. God is omnipresent. He can be everywhere all at once. He will answer, but not necessarily on your timing, and things may not go your way–but he’ll answer you one way or the other. The answers often come to me immediately in my heart.

But I have been practicing having a relationship with God for a long time, so our connection is substantial. Like I mentioned above, having a relationship with God is like exercising a muscle. The more you practice exercising it, the stronger it gets! If you are quiet, you will hear from him better.

The answers will come (typically through feelings in your heart or visions). You have to discern God’s voice, but it can be hard to hear his voice if you do not know him well and talk with him much at all, so start practicing. If you are having trouble understanding God and his ways, I recommend reading the Bible. Begin at the New Testament Gospels.

Try not to make hasty decisions. When the answer to your prayer comes from God–you will be sure of it. There will be no shadow of turning, as it says in the Bible. When something comes down from the Father of Lights, you will know it!

Please think about how you can implement some of the activities I mentioned. Can you go for a walk (before the kids wake up if you are a mother)? And can you share your thoughts with God (pray for yourself and others)? What would you ask him for? Can you be cordial with ‘everyone?’ Can you make time for extracurricular activities? What are your hobbies? Are you a member of any groups?

Can you go to the gym before your eight-hour workday (if you have one)? How about setting up a regular weekly sports game like tennis or walking with friends to make exercise social (so long as your governor is allowing it)? How can you be creative? Reflect. Write your thoughts down. It will help you realize what you have been lacking and how you can make your life better! It will also help you to improve!

God proves science!🌟🎆🌠

I have studied physics for a year and a half now, and all of the theories I’ve learned further prove God and his excellent existence! The fact is that the greatest physicists now say we are moving here through our imagination. We are made up of billions and billions of atoms that can never die.

It is entanglement.

Technically, we are ‘particles,’ so this means we also have ‘duplicates.’ Physicists are now talking about assimilation. Like, are there multiple universes where there are copies and copies of ourselves? Where else are we? We can be here and there. I believe we can occupy heaven and earth at the same time, in my opinion, so this Theory of entanglement makes total sense.

I can also accept all of it because I know how amazing God is. It doesn’t challenge my faith. It strengthens it! The Theory of relativity teaches us the importance of light. There is light in everything. God created it. The End of ‘Time’🌌

We are the only ones in the universe. God didn’t make other life, as far as we know. I mean, there are creatures and sea life, etc. But there is no evidence for alien life, and the Bible makes no mention of it. We have searched and found nothing so far.

It doesn’t surprise me that we are the only ones here: God’s children. We are also the only ones brought to consciousness and aware of our own mortality. The greatest physicists have told us that we are here by chance. At the beginning of what we know as ‘time,’ or ‘the Big Bang’ 13. 8 billion years ago, everything was ordered and designed.

God doesn’t make mistakes, though. We are not here by ‘chance.’ We are here deliberately for a purpose, and each one of us is unique with our own gifts, talents, and even failures and shortcomings.

I don’t know if my mind could ever understand all of physics. I majored in English and minored in History and often wish I would’ve studied science more. It is one of my favorite subjects nowadays. Although I love to write, of course.

I have learned a lot about light, Einstein’s theory of relativity, how light is eternal (Godly). Not only did God create light, but the Bible tells us he is light in many places which I referenced in my previous post.

But back to time. When did it begin? Did it begin with the Big Bang? If God is eternal (which I believe he is), when was the beginning? How far back does he go?

I have understood that if we routinely traveled near the speed of light, we would understand that time slows because we would experience it, and we would understand that space becomes blended into time.

Einstein called it, space time. Everything is happening in ‘space time.’ We are told the past, present, and future are equally as real and almost have no distinction in space time.

Unfortunately, everything will die one day. All matter will disintegrate. Every structure, proton, everything you see (and experience) will one day be no more. I have been studying Brian Greene’s book, ‘Until the End of Time.’ He’s a world-famous physicist.

This is how he explains it: he compares the floors of the Empire State Building to time. Everything from the Big Bang until today takes us to about floor 10, but exponentially far into the future of the building, everything will disintegrate. But there are key things that happen along the way.

With the final floor, at the peak of the Empire State building–the universe is just left with a bath of particles floating through the darkness. All structure will disintegrate. Entropy will win. There will be nothing but particles in the void.

In my next post, I plan to write about the Boltzmann Brain, or the new form of a “Big Bang,” so to speak. So stay tuned for that. It’s never over because God is eternal.

As Brian Green explains it, ‘There will be pockets of order that can reform.’ If you’re interested, I have attached the video that will explain all this more! https://youtu.be/xwYvmlr_wBIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwYvmlr_wBI

String Theory Explains Everything!🎆🌎🪐

Did you know that scientists have come up with one unified theory to explain EVERYTHING? It’s called string theory, and it proves that everything in the universe is made up of tiny strings (EVERYTHING from the tiniest particle to the most distant star), and they replace the traditional sub-atomic particles like protons, neutrons, corks, and electrons. These strings are vibrating strands of energy! Just like a cello gives rise to musical notes, the vibrations in string theory make up all the constituents of nature.

It is where everything operates in the smallest of scales. God made the universe to be a symphony of vibrating strings.🎵🎶 Everything is in harmony! This theory suggests that there are multiple dimensions and parallel universes as well.🌗🪐 There could be other worlds right next door to us that are invisible.👀 What used to seem like science fiction is not so far-fetched anymore. It is all thanks to this new theory developed in the last twenty years. It’s an area of physics🌠 different from anything we’ve ever known!🌌

We are just one ‘slice’ in a loaf of bread 🍞 and there is no beginning and end. The Big Bang could’ve happened when two of these universes🌙🌚 collided. These tiny strands (strings)🎵🎶 are changing our ideas of everything we know about the universe, especially about the nature of space. And this theory is still in its infancy stages! Long before Einstein, physicists were on this quest for unification. They have resolved it!

Nothing can travel faster than the speed of light💡💫⚡️ (based on Einstein’s proven, theory of relativity). Einstein said that space is not static, it can warp and stretch and that there can even be wormholes (bridges or tunnels, cosmic shortcuts). But to create a wormhole, there has got to be a rip or hole in the fabric of space. Can the fabric of space really rip? According to string theory, it can!

Space can rip. If we could shrink down to a billionth of our normal size, we would enter the world of Quantum mechanics. Everything is chaotic there. Rips and tears in the universe are common. So one may ask, what would cause them from causing a cosmic catastrophe? Well, the strings calm the chaos. As they dance through space, they sweep out a tube, a protective shield with profound implications.

Strings make it possible for space to rip. Space is far more dynamic and changeable then even Einstein knew! One certain thing, string theory is already showing us the universe is a lot stranger than any of us ever imagined. We are surrounded by hidden dimensions. What we think of as our universe is just one small part of something bigger. There are entire worlds🎑 right next door to us!

This is how we know that ‘anything is possible.’ There is no need to be upset about any outcome. What doesn’t’ happen here, will happen in another universe. Everything is possible. This theory suggests that it is strings that we are made up of. Strings are versatile. They vibrate and dance in different patterns creating all of nature. Put them all together and we get a grand symphony called our ‘universe.’🎵🎶☁️ God is creating something beautiful!
