The reason I’m not worried: God💗

We are living in perilous times. A pandemic. There is war. Life is not exactly the way it ‘used to be,’ but it isn’t different from what it has been. There has been famine, terrorism, hurricanes and earthquakes throughout history. It’s been a hundred years since the Spanish Influenza. So some may think all this has never happened before. It has. Now it’s just wrapped up in a whole lot of politics. The reasons I’m not worried: God.💞 You can be in the lion’s den, in the face of an earthquake or stuck in Afghanistan! God will not forsake you. As a matter of fact, he will give you a plan. He will help you. He may show you the way to escape or what steps to take to ensure your safety. We know that things don’t always work out that way. But the universe never promised to make sense. We have to keep on movin,’ have faith, and never give up! God will be there in your darkest hour. Actually, he makes us strong in our weakness.💕💘💝

I Will Call Upon Your Name🛐

‘Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters.🌊 Wherever You would call me.’ If these lyrics sound familiar, then you’ve heard of the Hillsong UNITED ‘Oceans’ song! It’s a song I love.❤️ Here is the link to the article I wrote after I went to their concert! https://notwithoutgod.net/?s=Hillsong+music This image stuck out to me. ‘I will call upon Your name. Keep my eyes above the waves. My soul will rest in Your embrace. I am Yours. And You are mine.’♥️ We are living in unpredictable times. I believe COVID 19 has weakened our planet as a whole. I don’t think it’s coincidental right now. What’s happening in the world.🥲🙏 Terror is taking over in some parts. There is fear of getting sick. Earthquakes in Haiti have left devastating consequences. I’m at the point where I’d like to throw my hands up and sing, ‘Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters. Wherever You would call me.’ At times I have a feeling exactly where he is calling me. I have to ask him to ‘Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander. So my faith will be made stronger. In the presence of my Savior.’ We are living in harsh times. Since we are all connected, we are all affected. Unlike many people, I don’t believe it is the end of the world soon. Wars have taken place since the beginning of time. Disease (pandemics) is not new and neither are natural disasters. Physics explains we may be at ‘level’ four of the Empire State Building. Let’s imagine the world will end when entropy has its way and we are at the top of the Empire State Building, which we will call level ten. Now add a bunch of zeroes. The world is not ending anytime soon. What has to end is our division. What has to end is our separation. Our hatred and fighting. What we value as good isn’t the same as what others do. Let’s be a ‘city on a hill.’ A light that shines so bright it illuminates. It starts with one. It starts with us.🙏🙏🙏
