It HAS TO be Extra Virgin Oil! I’ve had enough of the Mediterranean! Now I’m moving on to bigger and greater things (although this dish is kind of Mediterranean!)π€£
This morning I had two eggs for breakfast, scrambled, 140 calories. Itβs OK to eat eggs! I also had a 4 oz. (angus) beef Patty, chopped up! Well, actually I ate about 3.2 oz. (192 calories). Meat is good for you and healthy.
I also had two 1/2 slices of split top wheat bread π on the side (70 calories) and about 1/2 of a chopped sweet onion π§ ! 8 calories. Yes, I eat raw onions! I just rinse them off before I do.
Oh, and of course I had a side of coffee βοΈw/limited cream and sugar, 50 calories! That is a total of 460 calories (red meat may be a little higher in calories, but the benefits of red meat are priceless!). Red meat contains Iron and other vital sources that we donβt get in other food! It was a yummy breakfast!
