What people donβt realize is how healthy eggs are. The myth is that eggs are not good for you because of the cholesterol. But dietary cholesterol is not the same as cholesterol in your heart. On the contrary, eggs are super good for you. My dietitian had told me that I should have two eggs every morning for enough protein intake. This is a very healthy breakfast, although the sausage is processed, ground beef wouldβve been the better choice. Nonetheless, this is still a healthy breakfast. Eggs are good for you, meat is a βhealthy fatβ and whole wheat bread with a cup of coffee is the way to go.π³π₯π₯©πππΎβοΈ #paleo #paleorecipes #mediterraneanfood #mediterraneandiet #paleodiet #healthβοΈπ π«βοΈ

I love eggs and eat them several times a week! I’ve been a member of WW (formerly Weight Watchers), and they count eggs as zero points, which means they think they are healthy for us.
