God is love💖. No matter what happens in your life. He is the epitome of it. Things may not go right or the way you’d like. Friendships may fail, and loved ones may leave. You may acquire an illness. But no matter what happens, love is working for you. It’s helping you succeed. It’s helping you to overcome and make new friends. It’s helping you feel better all around. Whether you realize it or not, God is one of restoration. That means that whatever you go through—he can restore you. You may never be whole or back to the way you were before, but you will have hope. Hope is faith in action. Faith is belief in something without evidence. You know it to be true. We were never promised an easy life, but one we could make it through. Hope and faith can bring your plans and dreams to fruition.💗💞💕

God’s love is amazing! He causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and are the called according to His purpose and plans in Christ Jesus, amen? Four scriptures that I held onto were Romans 5:10, Proverbs 3:5-6, Jeremiah 29:11, and Romans 8:28. We had good days and the not so good, but we grew in the Lord along the way and in the process of time learned that God had been in control and in the midst of it all. We’ve been through alot all these years and one thing we do know is that we will finish this race until the appointed time He calls us home. Blessings to you in the Lord dear sis. ❤🌹

Wonderful post Zina. God is also the God of reconciliation, which I believe is also akin to restoration. Back in 1996 I parked on that promise when my husband and I had separated for a year. I never prayed we would get back together, (because I just knew that we would, even if at the time it didn’t appear that way), but I went into spiritual warfare for my husband, and for Gods Will in his life. I trusted that God was true to His Word and after a year, God had restored our marriage and in so doing, we grew together spiritually in an exponential way. Married for 33 yrs. In that year we were separated, I had Jesus in place as husband and protector. There were alot of well meaning people out there who thought they could advise me, and even some that had other intentions, but I learned that only God alone should be my counselor. I stuck very close to Him, and have ever since. God bless. ❤

“We may not be like before.” No, we shouldn’t be like before we have face our trials, heartaches, or temptations. When we’ve come through them with God and by his strength, we come out better.

Absolutely. I believe that 💯%. We may not be ‘whole’ and that’s OK, because we may be whole on the inside. Thanks for commenting.
