Don’t Worry!

“It takes the same amount of energy to believe as it does to worry.” – Joel Osteen

I have been very worried lately because of the things that are happening around me. Worried about myself; worried about my family. When there is so much noise, it is really hard to see that God is the midst of the crisis. He will work things out. Suddenly, I got a calm feeling that came over me yesterday that said everything will be okay. I felt like I should just let it go. Let go of the worry. Let go of the frustrations, and give it over to the Lord. I am holding onto that feeling, especially when worry pops up again because it usually does. Worrying does not improve my health, and it definitely does not help to improve stressful situations. So for tonight…I will just let it go!

I'm a teacher, writer, and speaker. I got into publishing when I joined a Christian writers' group online where I met a few select authors who mentored me. My life changed. Through classes, webinars, and friendly emails, I've been encouraged to write. I started my blog to cope with my spinal injury in hopes of helping people.
