Repent. And be Glad.🌤🌞🌻

With God all things are possible. It’s hard for that to register in a world that’s so bleak and dim, in a world filled with war, hopelessness, disease, and fear. What we have to realize is that part of the ‘call’ is to not only believe in life everlasting but to live with an undying hope. What does this hope say in dark times? There is a God. What is the promise for those in pain or suffering? There is a God and you will get through this. Getting through is just that. It doesn’t mean we can work around it, ignore it, skip over it, or escape it means we have to get through it! There is hope on the other side if our intentions are pure–there will be a rainbow at the end of it. There will be a sunshine. There will be whispers in your heart that say, “Keep going. I am God,” and “Don’t give up.” There is a glory that awaits us on the other side. And sometimes we’re lucky enough to catch glimpses and “specs” of it while we’re here. But it awaits. Repent. Praise God and be grateful that he always forgives even when we mess up daily.☀️🌈🛡️⚔️☦️

Nothing Outweighs the Glory that Is to Come✨🙏

This life is far from the end, and when we go into the next one—we continue on in our journey to love and to serve. To heal and to grow. To be united and to know that all will be well. Here, we are being ‘purified,’ even when we fail and as we grow older, our inner man is being renewed each day—but the glory that is to come will exceed any suffering here or pain. ‘For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all’ 2 Corinthians 4:17, NIV.

#ThisIs44💕

Life does not always turn out the way we pictured, but I’m thankful for the many blessings God has bestowed. He continues to show his love and favour. Despite any hardship, God is kind. You see, there can’t not be hardship in life—Jesus suffered first and foremost. So any pain, loss, or hurt we experience we should take up and give to him. God is wonderful. In every loss, there is gain, in every (heart) break, there is restoration, and in every battle, there is peace. God never leaves. It is usually us who turn away, and even then, he is standing in our corner cheering us on. He’s rooting for us. He wants to be there. The Lord tells us that in this world we will have troubles, but [to take heart] he has overcome the world!💖

God wants what you do

The question of so many is what does God want for me? Often we view God as the big bad guy in opposition when in reality, he loves us deeply. He wants us to be happy. He doesn’t delight in our pain or weakness. When we are hurting, he is there for us. When we rejoice, he rejoices with us. He wants your marriage to work, your child to succeed—your business to take off, and your happiness all around. God is working for us, not against us. At times we believe that God is in opposition when bad things happen. Sometimes we bring bad things upon ourselves, and sometimes they just happen. This is when we should turn to God, not try to turn him off. He is with us in our suffering and our loss. It is God that we will dwell with forever.💙🖤🌌

God Is for Us!✨

It’s true. I’m sure if you think back or not even too far back. There were times where he’s the only one that’s been there for you. Friendships may fail. Loved ones will disappoint, but God will never leave you. That is not to say you get everything you want in life. Some people have this misconception about the Lord. They believe that a loving God would never allow any adversity or for them to have any hardship; what people fail to understand is that there is growth in the suffering. It usually lasts for a season, but it helps you develop. The universe doesn’t have to adhere to us. It was never meant to be that way from the beginning. There is a cosmic order, and while that doesn’t mean you don’t have a say in what happens in your life, you have to be patient. God is working for us whether we realize it or not. He knows what’s best. We have to trust. At the same time, we have to work together with him to make our dreams happen. Nothing worthwhile comes easy, and sometimes the road is curvy. But if you have faith, persist, and never give up, you will win. God knows the desires of your heart, and he wants you to have them. Paul’s words in his epistle to the Romans are among the most quoted in the Bible: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).💕

God, what are you doing?

Often we feel this way, like, “God, what are you doing?” I don’t understand,
we think. How can you let this happen? Or that happen? We talk to him as if the universe has to confirm to us. But part of adulthood is realizing that the universe never had to conform to us. Nor does the universe owe us any explanations. There are times when things go our way, and how wonderful it is when that happens! There are times it doesn’t. In those times, we have to grow and know there is a larger purpose we cannot see or understand. I mean, there is gain in loss. Loss humbles us and teaches us stuff. You can never lose without gaining something. It’s like the positivity of a proton that is driven by the negative charge. The positive charge on a proton is equal in magnitude to the negative charge on an electron. Sadly, we don’t always get what we want, and sometimes we suffer. But suffering is a part of life, and there is no way to avoid it. In these times, we must trust in the Lord, keeping in mind what he suffered for us and not letting go of the fact that he rose again. This rising demonstrates a rebirth of the most excellent kind and reminds us that the universe is eternal. Death has not won. Nor have our problems. They are only temporary.🙏☦️🌝🌌
