Zina’s Healthy Tips to Maximize Health⚕️

I’m not too sure how I feel about this bandana, thoughts? Anyway, you may get tired of my posts about food and diet lately. As some of you know, recently I created the page, “Zina’s Healthy Tips to Maximize Health.” https://www.facebook.com/Zinas-Healthy-Tips-to-Maximize-Health-112061191416124/ If you haven’t liked it already, I would greatly appreciate it if you do. The cover photo is a picture of my beloved father, I dedicated it to him. He lived to be 87 years old through wonderful doctors and medicine. He didn’t always make the healthiest choices, but one thing I distinguishably remember about dad is he had eggs for breakfast every morning typically with sausage. He would eat cold Turkey often and raw tomatoes. He’d at times eat liver from an animal or even tongue from a sheep (yuck!). He wasn’t the greatest cook and left that to mom. But when he did eat or prepare something himself, it was always ‘real’ food.’ I remember ordering pizza one time and him and mom yelling at me and saying, ‘What’s that?’ Cheese with bread.😂😂😂. I also created this page to celebrate not only food but life. I have had my share of surgeries and health challenges in my life because I suffered a spinal cord injury at just sixteen years old from a vehicular related accident. During one health crisis, I tried to become a vegetarian and didn’t eat meat for three months, but that was not the cure. I also considered doing the very difficult ‘Daniel fast.’ And was not able to do it at that time. Nonetheless, I’m feeling better, so much better, and have been studying food for months. In the last several months I’ve dropped more than 25-30 pounds, so I want to share with the world what I’ve learned. The number one cause for disease is food. When you don’t eat right it can cause inflammation and an array of other issues. I am also happy to announce that I have hopes for writing a third book, but this time it will be a healthy cook book. I’d appreciate all your support as I continue to go through this health journey. I can never fully cure my spinal cord injury, but I can choose to be as healthy as possible even though I have to live with it for the rest of my life. Blessings to all, Zina #Zina’sHealthyTipstoMaximizeHealth❤️

Some things you may want to know, Part 3☀️🐰🌙🌌🌸🎂🌏

The sun☀️ is the brightest space🌌 object in the sky. Sometimes it’s so bright, you can see the sun and moon at the same time in the day.🌅 As the day progresses, the sun grows and gets higher in the sky.

The sun commands so much. Not only seasons, but how much daylight we get🌞 and to what hemisphere on earth we get it. The earth’s tilt has a big say, and really helps determine (in conjunction with the sun😎) whether it’s warm or cool.

Plants🍃 and animals🐰grow in the sunny seasons (spring and summer🌼). Some animals🐕 even hibernate and save food for the winter during summer months.

The sun is at the center of our solar system. Long gone are the days when people believed the earth is at the center🌍. We have known for several centuries that the sun is at the center.

At first, many did not want to believe it, but than it was accepted—thanks to Nicolaus Copernicus in the 1500s who made the discovery.

The earth🌏 rotates one time every 24 hours. We are spinning while rotating, although you can’t feel it. But it’s why it appears that the sun🌄 is moving.

But really, the sun cannot move, it is us, the earth, who are moving! It takes the earth 365 days to rotate once around the sun—a birthday!🎂🎈

The night sky is dark. There is no light from the sun; however, the moonlight🌖 is basically light from the sun that is reflecting upon the moon. What I mean is, we wouldn’t be able to see the moon if it weren’t for the sun☀️. At night🎆, you can see planets—objects that move around the sun.

Did you know the sun is a star🌟? It’s true. Actually, there is more stardust✨ in the universe than you realize. We, too, are made from stardust. Our bodies contain the same elements that stars⭐️ do. Everything came from the “Big Bang,” or “Big event🎇,” that happened 13.8 billion years ago.

And, no, there was no loud noise or “bang” as some may think there was. There were no air molecules at that time. God said, “Let there be light💫,” and there was light. That’s all.😃😍👏
