God Is Our Ever Present Help In Time of Need❤️‍🩹

It’s true. Nothing nourishes you like spending time with our Lord. It is better than nutrition. What I mean is, when you seek God first above all things he will NOURISH you, and he will lead you to situations of wellness where you are happy and whole. I fail at this sometimes too. But I love that God is our ever constant strong hold we can run to in time of need. He will NEVER turn away, because God is Love. We can call out to him in desperate need or in the middle of the night. He will be there 24 hours a day. I love that about God.❤️‍🔥

God Is Amazing💖

When I think about all God has done in my life I marvel. Now that doesn’t mean my life is perfect or that I have not had hardship—but when I think of all he’s brought me through I can’t help but stand in awe at how amazing he is! God has been the one thing that has always remained true. I’m sure you can relate. How often have you been abandoned with only God there to help you? You call out to him whether out loud or in your heart and he hears you. He comes to your aid. He rescues you. He gives you the sunshine☀️ in the morning and bright stars at night to mark the end of the day.🌟 He gives you enough love to fill your cup even when times are tough. It’s the friendly smile, caring call, his mighty Word, his house of worship, you know you will make it! He has uplifted you. Never give up on God or life because no matter how hard it gets he’s always there to give you another day and help you! His love is unconditional and like no other. There’s something God can bring that no one else can.❤️☀️💖🙏💚💐✨👑

God will always be there 💕💞💓

God has never left you. Not for one minute. Not since you were born up until now. God has never left your side. He’s always been there. Through every heartbreak. Through every challenge, every let down and every sad moment. God has been there. He does not rejoice in our pain. He sends unseen angels to help us😇. He does not count our wrongs; he reminds us of our rights. He does not condemn us, he lifts us up. He gives us peace in the storm. Grace to face another day. He’s an ever present help in time of need. Most of all, he is a friend. He will never leave. His love is all encompassing, all accepting, it is love unconditional. You can’t find it anywhere. Our God is perfect. He will always be there.💕💕💕

Some Things I’ve Learned

These last few months have been particularly stressful, and I feel like my life has been flipped upside down. But I won’t get into all of that right now. What has happened will come up later. So stay tuned for more.

Nonetheless, I have not given up. In my book, there is no such thing as giving up! It is never too late to heal. But we cannot heal the things we don’t acknowledge. That’s right. We are able to heal ourselves.

We have a marvelous God who never gives up on us! I’ve always held onto what I know–God will get me through. After my accident at the age of sixteen years old, I didn’t know what the next day would bring.

I could not predict anything. But I knew that with God by my side, overcoming would become second nature. It did! Writing helps me process my thoughts. There are some things I’ve learned that I want to share.

There has been a lot of pain coming up in my mind. Solid truths that are undeniable and issues I avoid. But when you keep an open heart, you keep an open life! When you extend yourself it means a lot. People see your works and are inspired. They, too, may rise up and face challenges of their own.

Finally, let go of everything you think you are holding onto. Ultimately, you are not the one in control. So whenever fear tries to hold you back, remember to take risks. Fear tells us we have to hold tightly to our lives. But fear is a liar. Because God will see you through!

Work on Yourself

Are you someone who likes to help other people? Have you ever tried to clean up someone’s mess? I’m a nurturer by nature, but here’s what I’ve learned: you have to take care of yourself first. How do you care for YOU? Pray a simple prayer. Jesus says, “I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever” (John 14:16). The advocate is the Holy Spirit and He will guide you.workonu

My accident happened at a young age, I kept asking God what to do and all through my twenties continued. He explained every step of the way. For example, I felt Him “nudging” at me to go back to school. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I didn’t know how everyone would react to my wheelchair.

But many students were warm and friendly. I knew I would get through the year. I was able to graduate on time with everyone in my grade. Taking care of you also begins with your health. You have to rest, eat right, and exercise. I put myself on an exercise plan, and I notice that my tasks have improved! I’m sharper and faster. When you nourish your body, you nourish your brain too.

Be an example!
