Have you ever thought that maybe they could exist? I know I have. Ryan Graves, who is an F-18 advanced fighter pilot for the Navy, has engaged with UFOs. He goes into all the details along with discussing the Department of Defense’s release of UFO footage.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLDp-aYnR1Y If you start this video at about 1:01 Ryan starts to talk about how he saw a light and engaged with it while he was flying one day, but, he first talks about all the stars over the ocean–the shooting stars and the peace he felt just before it. Then he goes on to explain, again, that he and a few people in his squadron had detected UFOs. The link to the Lex Fridman podcast is above.
When he was a junior pilot, around 2014, he had been operating with his team in the city of Afghanistan. He came back here, entered “the maintenance phase,” and further discusses the F18. The upgrading, and other things I will never understand. lol😅
But once he starts to talk about the radar of the F18, I understand a little better. He says how they had even gotten a better radar back then. There was a transition. So…there were objects on the radar that they hadn’t seen before. He’d seen these objects more clearly with the new radar: they saw a representation of the objects (UFOs).
All the data that came in represented tracking from the radar that showed us where the object was going. The “target aspect” would go all over the place. It was stationary. The UFO was stationary against the wind. “That is very uncommon,” Ryan says. For an object to be stationary against the wind like that.
The objects were at 20,000 feet, 10,000 feet, etc. The US NAVY considers the wind whenever they do anything. They go by the current and even plan their activities that way. BUT THIS OBJECT was stationary against the wind. IT WAS NOT A DRONE, Ryan verifies. He’d see these “instruments” flying in patterns, sometimes circular or just going straight east. And he’d see them doing this ALL the time.
This is air space where there was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE anything at all, off the coast of Virginia Beach. It’s not restricted but it is well monitored and Ryan and his crew were out there every day! If you also forward this video to about 1:40, he explained that one of the objects he saw appeared to have the shape of a “gimble.”It was black and white and appeared to be two plates put together.
As if there is an energy field that went to the top of the “funnel” or to the bottom of it, he continues. It continued on a long path and then just abruptly went into the opposite direction. It was very strange.
I find this fascinating. Michio Kaku is a famous world-renowned physicist. He’s talked about aliens and other life forms on Lex’s podcast also. But back to Ryan for a minute, he could tell that these objects were not going into a straight line but in more of a drift, they didn’t seem to be controlled by a computer (or autopilot). Here’s an article about it I also read on 60 minutes: https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2021/05/17/ufo-sightings-navy-ryan-graves/ There is also a video of it in the article!
Ryan goes on to say it’s not a secret that we are not alone out there and maybe even being observed! The reason I find this fascinating is because I’ve been studying physics for a few years now, and I’ve have heard from more than one world-renowned physicist–that if there are aliens out there–they would be 2-3 billion years or more ahead. We are a young planet.
They would be able to command the winds. We cannot, yet. Type 1 planets can manage their planets to where they don’t harm them through global warming, for example. A type 1 civilization is capable of harnessing planetary power. They control the weather, again, earthquakes and volcanoes, and they can even modify and prevent certain damaging weather events such as hurricanes, etc., Michio Kaku says.
“A type 2 planet would be stellar. They play with stars, entire stars, and they use the energy output of a star. They colonize nearby stars! Type 3 planets are galactic and able to ROAM the galactic space lanes.” We are on the cusp of Type 1, Michio Kaku, continues.

I am unique as a Christian in that I believe it is very likely there is other life forms. This is not hard for me to believe. As a matter of fact, I embrace it. I think they are peaceful. I think they even know Jesus as God and King. I think they are not out to harm. I think they know God and understand his love. I think what Ryan saw was them presenting themselves to us. Finally, I think there is a lot more to come!☄️🪐🌠

I will never get tired of healthy cooking. This was worth the wait! I just added some ‘hickory’ barbecue sauce to go with this yummy steak!🥩 First, it was pan-seared in a bit of extra virgin olive oil and unsalted butter (w/kosher salt and pepper!). THEN, it was cooked on the stovetop. Later put in to bake at 400 F for 35-45 minutes. Wow! I added the fresh spinach (also cooked) and cut up onions. Perfect with a side of brown rice and potatoes! This meal actually increases your chance of weight loss. It’s the iron in the spinach, and many nutrients in the meat. This is very nutritious. I will never get tired of healthy cooking! #paleo #keto #diet #mediterranean #lowcarb #veggies #meat #cooking #steak #foodie #conoisseur

God is in your corner. Sometimes you’ve done all you can. There are no words left to be said. No actions have not been taken. God will fight your battles. You need only to trust. Keep asking for guidance. As a matter of fact, he’s been fighting for you all along. When you call out to God, when you reverence him and do your best to follow his path, he helps you. God will be with you assisting, leading, and guiding you, wherever you go!
When I look back on life, it’s been in the times I’ve needed him the most that I’ve felt his profound sense of peace. In the helicopter on the ‘survival life flight’ to the University of Michigan hospital at just sixteen, for example. I’ve felt his peaceful presence when other tragedies in life have occurred, also. In loss, pain, heartbreak, or grief beyond belief—you will feel the Lord’s presence granting you peace. When you feel like every day is challenging, when you’re not sure how you will overcome, and when you cannot predict the future or what direction your life will take, God will give you reassurance. I love you, he whispers. Trust. Believe in me. I will lead and guide you. I want what’s best, he says. Keep the faith, and never give up! This is the peace that surpasses all understanding. The peace of God that never fails us.❤️

Are you one who needs to ‘see?’ Do you need evidence and proof there is a God? Ask yourself this. Can you look at yourself without a natural mirror? How do you know you’re really here? How do you know the person you’re talking to is here? For you to deny there is a God but verify there is a ‘you’ is pretty self serving. I guess if there’s no God, we can do whatever we want. If there is no God, we can be a ‘God’ to our selves. We don’t have to be altruistic, kind, or feel remorse. There would be no ethical code. We would be free agents. The truth is, you are not a free agent no matter how badly you may want to be. You have a God. He takes you back even when you mess up. Our Lord prays to the Holy Father for us. Our Father in heaven is unconditionally loving and kind. He wants what’s best for us. He’s not out for revenge. He’s not the picture some may have painted in your mind. He takes you through seasons and trying times, he is molding and shaping. You are a wonderful work in progress. This earth is not where it all ends. There are other dimensions. Distant lands. More than 100,000,000,000 galaxies that we know of so far. There are many. Many. Earth sized planets. There are hundreds of billions upon hundreds of billions of stars. There is so much you can’t see or experience. The heavens. The universe(s). God made them all.💫☄️⚛️
Trusting in God is not popular in our generation, and I’ll tell you why. Trusting in God can be tricky. First off, people have a hard time trusting something they cannot see. We don’t always attribute nature, the beauty of the earth, and one another as belonging to God. We live in a generation of science deniers. People question whether NASA and its findings are a ploy or not. This is a generation devoid of trust who wants evidence. But even when the evidence is right in your face you are taught to deny it. God is in everything. Everything happens ‘by him and for him,’ the Bible tells us. To deny there is a God or live as though he doesn’t need your attention is not a good way to live at all. You came from God. You go back to God. You did not create yourself. He is the one who made billions upon billions of stars. Your very own being is made from those stars: you are made from stardust. The” Big Bang Theory” and “Book of Genesis” correlate as far as timelines go. Before there was anything, there was something—it was God. Trusting in him is not popular because you don’t see results immediately. You feel unheard often. You may continue in pain. But the beauty of God is he’s been working behind the scenes all along. He will lead and guide you if you ask him to. He will direct your steps and even when it feels like he’s not moving; He is working. Hearing you cry out. Working to your benefit. No prayer is ever unheard or unanswered. Even if you receive a ‘no’ he will give you the grace to get through it. He will replenish and restore. Your life is not completely in your control; God is in the driver’s seat. Ask him for help with it.🌟✨💫
This is so true. I find myself trying to make things happen that it is not ‘time’ for. You see—I’m a go-getter. I don’t like to wait. I focus on the present and make what I want to happen now. But God doesn’t always work like that. Meaning, we are moving here from faith to faith. Every moment is a blessing (no matter the circumstances) you are breathing. Every day is a gift. We are going through stages and periods and sometimes we want to rush our lives (hmm…I wonder why 🤔). We are more focused on reaching our destination than enjoying the journey. We need to calm down though. We need to savior our journey and be grateful even in what we deem as ‘bad’ times. God will bring us through it. He will make our dreams happen if we press towards our goals and be patient. He is good all the time.☯️✳️🙏
I’m not too sure how I feel about this bandana, thoughts? Anyway, you may get tired of my posts about food and diet lately. As some of you know, recently I created the page, “Zina’s Healthy Tips to Maximize Health.”
With God all things are possible. It’s hard for that to register in a world that’s so bleak and dim, in a world filled with war, hopelessness, disease, and fear. What we have to realize is that part of the ‘call’ is to not only believe in life everlasting but to live with an undying hope. What does this hope say in dark times? There is a God. What is the promise for those in pain or suffering? There is a God and you will get through this. Getting through is just that. It doesn’t mean we can work around it, ignore it, skip over it, or escape it means we have to get through it! There is hope on the other side if our intentions are pure–there will be a rainbow at the end of it. There will be a sunshine. There will be whispers in your heart that say, “Keep going. I am God,” and “Don’t give up.” There is a glory that awaits us on the other side. And sometimes we’re lucky enough to catch glimpses and “specs” of it while we’re here. But it awaits. Repent. Praise God and be grateful that he always forgives even when we mess up daily.☀️🌈🛡️⚔️☦️
What’s incredible to me is how the Lord preserves us and keeps watch over our lives. We may feel like the enemy has won, like there is no hope, as if life is worthless and there’s not much left to live for. But God will give us a sign. He will reach out. There will be a phone call, a friendly smile, and a kind gesture. Something will tell us to keep on going, keep believing, and do not give up. When you truly love the Lord, you keep going no matter what because you know about his massive love. You know that how things ‘appear’ to be are not how they really are. You know that there’s a love greater than you could even fathom and you’ve barely tasted it. You know there’s something beyond. Something more. Glorious is not a big enough word to describe it. It’s beyond what you imagine. Beyond space and time. It’s God. The Everlasting. The One and Only. The Maker of ALL things. It’s his Love.❤️
The Lord our God will be with us wherever we go. This Bible verse says ‘wherever.’ It DOESN’T say he will be with us ‘some of the time’ or only when we are doing good. It DOESN’T say he will be with us on happy days and abandon us when we’re feeling down in the dumps. It DOESN’T even says he will be with us ONLY when we’re in obedience to his will. It SAYS he will be with us ‘wherever we go!’ ALL the TIME. God doesn’t LOVE us or ONLY help us sometimes. He’s not controlling. He LOVES us all the time, even when we’re acting ‘ugly,’ he goes down into the valley with us and sees our pain and agony. He carries our frustrations and aggravations. When we lean on God, when we call out to him and realize WE CAN DO NOTHING apart from him—His presence is Ever so Present! He is there to love us with open arms. He Forgives. Helps. Consoles, and rescues us. When God comes in to rescue you, it will be the greatest gift you’ve ever been given!✨♥️☦️

What we fail to understand is that everything we do we do unto the Lord. Sometimes we do wrong. Thank God we have an unconditionally loving father who forgives us.♥️ When we work we work for the Lord. When we wake up it’s for the Lord. When we sleep, when we love…it’s all for the Lord. Commit your plans…acknowledge the Lord. He will establish you and your plans. The greatest physicists in the world tell us we are under a ‘cosmic’ order. A divine plan. You are not your own. You may think you’re in control. But God is the captain of your ship. Trust in him. He is All loving. All kind. And provides life everlasting.
The word became ‘flesh.’ This Bible verse can be taken in so many ways. It’s true. I’m not sure where to start. I looked up the word, “Incarnation,” it’s a central Christian doctrine that God became flesh, that God assumed a human nature and became a man in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the second person of the Trinity. I thought that was described very well. Jesus became flesh. He came and bore our sins; our mishaps; our failures and our mistakes. The ‘word’ is so powerful, the Book of Hebrews goes on to tell us:

How do we remain in love? How do we always ‘turn the other cheek,’ so to speak? I fail and get angry at times. Part of the human condition is to fail and sometimes we can’t help it. I think the important thing to keep in mind is that we feel remorse. If we feel remorse or upset for our wrongs, the hurt we caused someone, or our irrational behavior that makes the difference. God never expected for us to be perfect. He said I came for those who ‘are not well.’ The sick, the sinner, and the downtrodden. He came to save us from our hurts and pains. He did not come to condemn but to heal and save. I think we need to realize that healing is not a one time thing or event. God knew we would need to be healed, restored, and set straight more than once. But how do we do better? Good question. When we feel sorry, when we acknowledge the hurt, rejection or pain that we caused God notices that. He forgives. He restores. We’re given another day, another chance, and another opportunity to get it right. We ask him to help us. We have to humble ourselves. I remind myself that how I treat others is how I’m treating God, because the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit dwells within each of us.❤️🙏✳️
When king Solomon was asked by God what he wanted in a dream, he asked for wisdom. King Solomon could’ve asked for anything, and he asked to be wise. ‘He chooses an understanding heart. Wisdom, so he can make good decisions for his people. And God is so pleased with Solomon’s choice that He gives him every other good gift, too.’ King Solomon understood the unimportance of material things in comparison with wisdom and obedience to God. He knew his riches were only temporary, and he sought to be loved by God more than anything else. He went on to build one of the greatest temples in Jerusalem known to mankind.
Have you ever felt this way before? Like you are on the edge? You can’t take anymore. Life’s getting worse, and what is the point of it all? When you have these days, remember that God is not one who ‘gives up.’ And he never meant for you to give up either. When all is coming against you, and you feel like life will never be ‘right.’ Remember, it’s an opportunity for you to depend on God. To call out to Him in prayer, in solitude, to turn to scripture and seek his presence more and more! It is in these moments you will rise above. You will make it. You will not be defeated, and God will let you know you can accomplish anything with him by your side. Never give up, and keep your eyes on Jesus.✝️⚛️💜
When was the last time you depended on only God? When was the last time he was the first person you called, cried to, reached out to, or spent time with? God is always there. The blessings he has given us are a result of his love. First and foremost, we must remember that we have nothing without him. As the Bible tells us, everything happens ‘by him and for him.’ I can think back to at least a few times in my life when I felt I had no one but God. The time I spent three months in the hospital, alone, a month of which was spent in the intensive care unit. I prayed to him each day and night for healing, restoration, and hope for another day. There have been other times in my life that have demonstrated that too: a pure need for God simply just to make it through. Think back to some of the most difficult moments in your life. Who did you cry out to? Who did you ask for help? Who restored you? The Bible tells us that our God [continually] heals us. Therefore, healing is not a one-time thing or event. He knew we would neee to be healed more than once. Let’s take a minute to reflect upon all God has done for us. He is ever-present in the happy moments too. He’s always waiting with loving arms to listen, heal, and restore hope in us.♥️
My hope is in you alone, Lord. This world will fail me. Friends will depart; others will disappoint. In this world we have trouble. Who can I turn to but you, dear God? There is disease, war, senseless pain, and suffering everywhere. I count my blessings day by day and am grateful. At times I feel alone, but I am reminded that I am never alone because my hope is in you. You set me on my path, put me back on track, make things right, you lead and you guide. You hold my hand and tell me which way to go. I ask you, Lord, to lead me all the days of my life. This life can be difficult, but you are my hope, Lord, you are my strength alone.♥️✨✳️

I I think this is one of the hardest lessons, ‘to bear with one another in love,’ despite our differences. Yet, it’s so simple. God requires us to be patient, tolerant, and to carry the spirit of ‘long suffering.’ I have failed at this. I get upset, want to be right, or am not willing to compromise. The need to be right can hinder us. We may very well be right; nonetheless, we have to ‘bear with one another (in love)’ no matter what. The pathway to peace is not always achieved by proving you’re right, but by settling differences. Let it go. Moving forward and hopefully toward a brighter tomorrow.☀️ ‘Happy are the peacemakers; they will be called Sons of God.’ -Matthew 5:9
God’s timing is perfect. Through studying physics, I have learned that God’s timing can be referred to as ‘cosmic’ timing, divine timing, and even ‘universal timing.’ Since God is the creator and maker of ALL things, and I mean, ALL, he is also the creator of this thing called ‘timing.’ Physicists like to refer to this ‘moment to moment’ we are living through as ‘entropy.’ After all, everything you see, hear, feel, touch, or experience is an aftermath of the Big Bang, or ‘Big event,’ as I like to call it, that happened 13.8 billion years ago. I don’t call it a bang because there was no noise or air molecules at the time. The ‘Big event’ timeline correlates with the Book of Genesis. The order of events, the sun came next and us humans, last. You see, there is a cosmic order. Some physicists, like Brian Greene, for example, deny that we even have free will. However, we are often presented with ‘choices’ in this life—our choices determine a result. So we do play a part in what happens in our lives or the lives of others. The beauty about God and his divine plan is that even when we mess things up, he is there to pick us up. He gives us another chance. He forgives. He makes it right. Our God is All perfect, All loving, and kind.♥️✨

Wow, I have been blogging for ten years! And two books later, I’m feeling proud.😁🎉📚 I write on topics of faith, health, and overcoming adversity. I also like to write on science, food, and diet. If you are on WordPress, follow me and I’ll follow back. I started by watching a YouTube tutorial called ‘WordPress Tutorial with Bluehost.’ It taught me how to manage my dashboard and develop my website!💻🎙✍️
This life is far from the end, and when we go into the next one—we continue on in our journey to love and to serve. To heal and to grow. To be united and to know that all will be well. Here, we are being ‘purified,’ even when we fail and as we grow older, our inner man is being renewed each day—but the glory that is to come will exceed any suffering here or pain. ‘For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all’ 2 Corinthians 4:17, NIV.

Yesterday I got to speak with the Bloomfield Hills Optomist Club on my book(s), Not Without God: A Story of Survival and Not Without God: Hope In the Storm. It was a great time. The group was so nice, and I got a lot of positive feedback and even ideas for future speaking engagements, etc. I gave an overview of both books: I always love to tell the miracle story of how my friend, Dennis, healed my arm (it was stuck at a 90 degree angle from the crash), and I also like to recount details of the others who have helped me during a critical time. I talked about my latest, Hope In the Storm, and discussed some of the latest spinal cord injury research and gave information on cures for brain diseases. I also got to discuss a bit about physics and how it relates to God, one of my my favorite subjects!⚛️ There we’re many other things I discussed in my speech. And I had a Q and A session after I was finished. It was a great experience!

God will always make a way when there seems to be no way. God will bring you to accept whatever the circumstances are because with God, there are no ‘down’ days. You could be feeling down for a day, or an hour, even for a few minutes—but to know God is to know peace. It is to know the beauty of life and to learn that every day is a new chance, a new day, and a new opportunity to get it right. In life, there will be letdowns, but when you know God you can’t stay ‘down’ for long.✨💕⚛️

At times the road may be tough. You may wonder why you work so hard. You may feel like throwing your hands up and giving up. You may wonder how you’ve even made it this far. But keep in mind that God is working with you. He’s stayed with you this whole time. He is a God who never sleeps and you have access to him 24 hours a day. Just call on his name. He’ll be there to refresh, restore, and help you relax. ‘Those who walk with God always reach their destination.’🙏✨🧡
Love your enemies. Pray for those who scorn. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), to do good to those who hate us (Luke 6:27). I know it can be tough. But just think about how much God has forgiven you? How many times has he taken you back? We are called to love and forgive one another.🧡✨
